A delighted golfer hit a hole in one, one day, then returned the next day and did the same thing again at the same hole.
Robert Edge, 38 said, "The gods were smiling on me."
Robert was playing in the Foundation Cup tournament at the Bentley golf course in Brentwood, Essex .
He first hit his hole in one on the 12th hole then repeated the feat on the next day while playing with girlfriend Emma English during Lady Captains Day.
After the first hole in one Robert bought drinks for fellow members of the golf club. After the second hole in one he made a donation to the captains charity, Saint Francis Hospice in Romford .
The golf clubs insurers award players get a hole in one with £75.
Robert said, "When I holed out a second time I was bewildered and stunned."
The last time Robert hit a hole in one was back in 1992.
