With construction of the private Al Ruwaya golf course well underway, it has been revealed that Tiger Woods plans to build a mansion overlooking the golf course which he is designing. Wood's mansion is reportedly set to incorporate a pool, gym, library and theater into its 16,500 square foot space, though Abdulla Al Gurg, the project manager for the Tiger Woods Dubai development said that the mansion wouldnt be among the biggest of the 287 homes being built on the course, each of which are selling for between £6 million and £11 million.
Furthermore, there are expected to be 22 palaces each with between 10 to 12 bedrooms on the 7,800 yard course, which itself is part of Dubailand, a huge attraction constructed at a cost of nearly £4 billion.
The course is set to open in late 2009.
